As a kid growing up in the eighties, you will probably agree with me the numerous birthdays and/or birthday parties that you’ve spent at Chuck E. Cheese. Besides the pizza party area, the massive ball pit playground, a performing stage for the Animatronic Band, and of course we can’t miss out the areas for ticket games and of course the arcade area.

Speaking of ticket games, where you basically try to earn as many tickets as possible to redeem that cheap ten dollar action figure which you can probably buy from a toy store for a lot less. One of the most memorable ticket games that we’ve all played or experienced once or twice would be “Skee Ball”.
22mm Rollball 316L Stainless Steel Watch Bracelet for Seiko SKX007, Brushed V-Clasp SS221820B088
Skee-Ball is an arcade game and one of the first redemption games. It is played by rolling a ball up an inclined lane and over a “ball-hop” hump that jumps the ball into bullseye rings. The object of the game is to collect as many points as possible by having the ball fall into holes in the rings which have progressively increasing point values.
The new “Rollball” Rally Sports Bracelet was inspired by the arcade game Skee-Ball and anchored by Seiko Chronograph watch. Unlike traditional rally bangles, this high-end Rollball has precise adjustable links details almost invisible.
You must be wondering why all of a sudden we are talking about Chuck E. Cheese and Skee Balls? Basically, while we were trying to come up with a name for the new bracelet, Skee Ball suddenly came to mind. Doesn’t it remind you of the Skee Ball arcade game from Chuck E. Cheese? We can’t simply name our new bracelet “Skee Ball”, since the name was trademarked by the National Skee-Ball Company in 1929. Instead, we came up with the name, “Rollball”.

The 6139 is Seiko’s first automatic chronograph movement. It is a single register chronograph, with a 30 minute counter, no continuous seconds and a quickset day-date display. It was production from the late sixties up until the late seventies. Seiko watches that had the 6139 movement installed were offered in various colors and case styles, and where marketed under a range of names.
